| A booking confirmation fixes both price and date. In other respects the owner reserves the right to make alterations without notice. |
| A non refundable deposit of £200/$300 is required to secure the booking. |
| Any booking request will be held for 3 working days to allow for delivery of the deposit. If the deposit is not received the allocated dates will be made available for rental. |
| STANDARD POOL HEATING - If you choose pool heating as one of your options, the thermostat for the swimming pool will be set as follows: |
| Pool 87 degrees Fahrenheit. |
| EXTRA POOL HEATING - In the unlikely event that the above pool and spa temperatures are not high enough, you have the option to purchase additional heating. For extra pool heating, the thermostat for the pool will be set as follows: |
| Pool 90 degrees Fahrenheit. |
| All charges are payable in advance at the time of booking. If, whilst at the villa you decide to alter your pool heating requirements then the local agent, at his discretion, may charge you an additional $25 call out fee. |
